Boxing, your number 1 sport

Boxing was my number one up until recently. I've been falling more and more into football. Just not enough big fights getting made in boxing. It's become all about the money and this guy said this and that guy said that.

I'll take a good cometitive, exciting mega fight over any other form of entertainment including all other sports, movies, music, games etc but those are so few and far between these days.

They are both individual sports.

 

1 boxing, 2 tennis, 3 cricket, 4 proper football, 5 golf. of yank sports i do like baseball and the atmosphere of a us football game (went to redskins vs steelers in 2008, pretty cool).

 

Im with teh general population here. I have boxing equivalent to College Basketball above MLB, Soccer and the NBA

NHL, NFL, Motor Sports, Golf, MMA are ahead of boxing for me.

 

It is and always will be my no.1 sport.

 

Boxing is the only sport i follow.I watch football if its on in the pub but dont really care that much who is playing.

I think that boxing ranks higher because I interest it the whole year. For instance handball I become interested in once or twice a year, when its big event.

 

Boxing is not my favourite sport, football (soccer) is by a mile.

 

Football is my number 1 (soccer)

Cricket is my 2nd

Boxing is my 3rd

thing is the reason football is so great is that so many great teams come together each season and play each other

at the end of the season you have 2 of the best teams in the season playing in a super match in the champions league final, then you got so many super matches at international level

football (soccer) is the most watched sport in the world because of it, over 1 billion people watch the champions league final live


why isnt boxing popular? simple, there are lots of good fights but NO SUPER FIGHTS. if boxing wants to become popular then it needs to have the best fighting each other. the best weight division is welterweight but at the moment pricks are running it

the boxing councils should get together and force pacquaio and mayweather to ****ing fight. pricks

 

Boxing 1st, Football (the one played with feet) 2nd, 3rd MMA, cricket and tennis.
Footie used to be clear number one until i got into boxing and now i'm more of a casual fan.

 

Boxing and Baseball are my favorites without a doubt.

NFL is a distant 3rd and then may'be NASCAR 4th.

 

Pretty much I started to follow sports deeper starting at age 14 and that's when boxing became and still is H2H my favorite sport. Other sports I follow are Football, Basketball, and Track & Field sometimes but none of them bring me the excitement I get watching boxing. It's better than sex I swear it is.
