Bradley's strength and conditioning is all wrong

    Punching technique is the reason for his lack of power. He doesn't completely turn his punches.

    Like I've stated in my original post before, too much weight training screws up that natural rhythm , that natural "technique". I agree, his techniques isn't great, and I believe it's because he's too top heavy. He has different muscle groups getting reinforced with different muscle memory, instead of one coordinated one with his whole body. It's like there's breaks in your movement, instead of one fluid motion. End result is, he ends up winging mostly arm punches. Lemme put it this way, it's like when you go lift some weights, then decide to hoop it up only to see yourself bouncing layups off the backboard. It's like your legs aren't in sync with your arms. It's because you're isolating muscle groups and screwing up that equilibrium.
