I think he is starting to slur just shows you what to many gym wars can do.. One of the reasons sergio is lasting so long because he didn't box till he was 20 years old and only ever does light sparring. Like a man once said of Meldrick Taylor 'once it's gone, it's gone forever'

 

Rios just talks like that and is most likely high as well.

He'll most likely be ****ed up in the future...doesn't even try to not get hit and he takes a beating in every one of his fights.

Sounds the same to me as he did over 5 years ago. His brother sounds worse and he only had a few am fights.
