Brandon Rios vs Maidana

Since there is only 5 pounds between them and Rios is SUCH a BEAST I dont see why this couldnt happen.

Anyone disagree with me that Maidana batters him?

 

i didnt know he was a pro ,he posts here quite a lot .

Would be a great fight, Rios is slightly better defensively and would probably be the bigger man but neither are hard to hit, Maidana's relentless attack could get the job done as Acosta did have Rios hurt a couple of times. I'd love to see it.

 

Maidana doesn't batter him. Rios is a better mover, better defensively, and hits harder IMO. while he can be hurt, so can Maidana.

For me, Marcos has overrated power. Rios has knocked out better opposition than Marcos has - he couldn't get rid of Khan, and Ortiz quit on him.

I think Rios wears him down and stops him late.

 

I think Rios late TKO. He is better in every area apart from the power which is close.

No, because Rios' power is untested at 140 and you don't know how he'll handle 140 pounders.

Maidana took Ortiz's best shots and popped back up.

Maidana took a big liver shot and came back to make a fight close.

Maidana took some hard shots from Morales but was there all the time.

The guy won't get knocked out anytime soon.
