    I've never been Manny's biggest supporter, but this is an old issue and not sure what the **** it has to do with Arce. Pretty classless, and unnecessary in my opinion.

    Floyd said this in November of 2009 and he was crucified for it.....but really since those claims (post Pac-Cotto) Manny hasnt looked nearly as dominant. Also he ducked and dodged tests for 3 years. As a matter of fact he NEVER even took the initiative to have RANDOM OSDT in any of his fights since 2009. Why wouldnt he be an advocate for testing? I understand not caving into Floyd demands but why not institute OSDT in his own fights where he could set the testing terms? The truth is that he was NEVER willing to submit to any testing that was random by a respected PED Testing organization.

    J Fortune when asked about PEDs he basically said that if you are in the top five you either have ****ed around or you are ****ing around.... this was Mannys former S&C coach...
