Tbh WBA putting thier belt on the line is no suprize. It's cos Khan will pay the bigger sanctioning fee when he wins etc. IBF have saved Peterson's belt for Zab.

I don't give a damn about Peterson, but anyone applying the term lineal or undisputed to Khan after this fight is full of **** since Garcia is clearly not the next best fighter in the division and since his WBC belt rightfully belongs to Bradley.
Good post. I'm so happy that they took the belts from this Lamont Peterson. He ought to be ashamed of himself for all the shenanigans he and his camp pulled to get that fight won in the first place. He is and was not a true Champion. It's bad for the sport of boxing that it took place to begin with, and its excellent that they actually did something about it. Now if Khan can just beat Garcia in a few weeks this little saga will have a 'proper' ending.
Don't worry, Bradley is possibly 'necks' for Khan anyway. Bradley just vacated his lower weight class belt, Khan will probably move up after the Garcia fight. Will you feel a little less restless once Khan beats Bradley?
