Man, I'd just settle for Tua doing any ****ing thing...he doesn't even seem interested in fighting old vets.

Yeah, I laughed when I heard Briggs say he had retired, again.

They NEVER retire when they know they still have even a remote chance to do something.....and some still don't retire, even when they have NO chance left.

But Briggs is young enough to do something if he were to get his weight down to a doable level. I believe that. To his credit, he is a pretty fast counterpuncher, with alot of power. I can see him still getting something going, if he is dedicated enough.

Nah. He doesn't have enough stamina to stand by a door for 6 hours.

boxrec announced the opponent as Damon Reed 43-12 30ko's, 7NC
Looks like Briggs is facing a small HW hopefully Briggs gets into better shape and anhilates this guy. I think we very well could see Briggs vs klitschko this year.

Nah Briggs will have to figth for atleast one of the NABA,NABO type titles first. Probably in his next fight lol. Then he'll get a shot at a real belt.

I hope Briggs fights Valuev soon. Seeing both stationary targets trade bombs would be entertaining and would certainly end up in a KO, just not sure who would KO who in that one.

Briggs vs Valuev would ahve been a more logical elminator than Liakovich vs Valuev. Too bad Briggs isnt well liked by the WBA and WBC but Briggs is currently ranked by WBO and IBF.

Face facts hugger, Briggs cannot fight more than 1 round without being totally and completely exhausted. He threw 5 punches last time and was DONE.

I mean this is seriously criminal that this guy can even get licensed at all in any state with his steroid abusing, poor health bull****.

Everyone uses steroids at HW its just the way it is. More than 90% I`m sure. If you learn about steroids you will find that there are substances that can be used up until the week of testing that will be gone from the system but not the benifts. No one can KO Briggs these days so to imply he shouldnt be sanctioned shows how dumb you are. Guys getting pounded int he head are the ones that shouldnt be sanctioned also Briggs has NEVER FAILED A DRUG TEST!
