Bring back Ringside on Skysports

Im down for that!!

 

On a serious note, Ringside coming back would be great, i used to love that ****, proper boxing news on the tv, even if some of our commentators etc can be boring, it was still great.

Is it coming back?

 

Sky needs a show like 'Ringside' to build-up the next generation of British boxing stars.

 

Will this be on the new Virgin sport channel. I sure hope so. Never mind Paul Dempsey, bring back Gary Norman, he built Ringside, not Dempsey.

 

Guys its definately back on in september on SKY!!!! Don't think its a secret as far as i'm aware- if so I await the bollocking ha ha

 

Good news then, always thought boxing should get its weekly magazine programme back. Hopefully Sky re-launch their boxing coverage, it has been stale for a few years now.

 

Cheers Jeff, great news that. Would love sky to get a few more American cards, doesnt have to be every week but the likes of Juanma, Gamboa, Bradley, Dawson etc, dunno what the costs are like though so might not be do-able.

 

I did a lot of shows with Sir Dempsey, a young Ricky, John Conteh, Dean Powell, Steve Collins, Lord McGuigan and a few others.
It will be back.

Best bit of Boxing news I have heard in a long time lol, cant wait, only thing that would beat it is the announcement of the Mayweather v Pacquiao fight.

Whatever happened to Gary Norman? He just seemed to disappear around 1996. What a waste!

 

I'd love if it came back. Could help fighters get more mainstream exposure as well.
