Thats why you get doormen getting shot, some of them are jumped up shits and excessive with use of their brute power untill the little idiot comes back with a gun for revenge.
99% of doorman our dickheads. they think to themselves, i was a bully at school, how can is till pick on people, i know i will become a doorman. They stand there thinking there the big man, but in reality there getting paid £5 an hour to stand outside while i am in the club having a good time with mates and making moves on................the ladies.

The going rate for a bouncer in the Cardiff area is around £10 an hour but you'll need an SIA license and, if you work at a bar on St Mary's St where all the valley types and stag/hen parties go, the patience of Job.
