Today we've got two good british stars fighting in seperate countries. We as brits need to watch these fights.

The Khan fight will be on ITV so everyone has to come out and watch it, whether you like him or not, for the good of the future of boxing, if the ratings are high, there's a good chance there will be more boxing on ITV.

Also be sure to check out Mitchell on Sky Sports which he should win and become World Champion.

So hate or not, but as Brits we need to come out and support tonight!

Dayum, I should have been elected.

:patsch. You're entitled to your opinion but you're just ******ed as you hate what he does out of the ring. And you probably worship your other boxers such as Ricky Hatton.

This is a boxing forum, if you have personal problems (which is just stupid if you do) then go sort it out with him .

But still watch the fight, for the sake of british boxing.

    I'll be watching both.

Watch Kevin Mitchell on Soccer AM failing to explain the logic/stupidity behind an interim world champion.

I'm all for British success. I hope Mitchell does it. Don't think he will. I hope Khan does and I think he will. I aint the kid's biggest fan but the way I see it is if British boxing flourishes it'll encourage more of our guys to push even harder and encourage more kids to take up the sport and come through.

Hence, British boxing remains healthy for years to come.

You should really be watching these fights if you are a true boxing fan unless of course you can't. I stay up to 3-4am whenever there's a semi decent match up.

I dont like ickle Ricky :rofl
Of course I'll be watching, but when I say it'll be good for Khan to get dropped I stand by that. It's not a personal thing, in fact Amir gets a lot of unfair stick. With Khan out the picture it gives a lot more opportunity for other far more marketable British fighters to hit the big time.

People tune in anticipation Khan gets knocked out as opposed to supporting him, is that good for Boxing?

Even now a British world champion cant get air time.
With Haye around for another 2 years, Mitchell depending on tonight, Possible Calzaghe comeback, Hatton dependent on if he get the 'itch' and Khan... Is there space for the likes of Groves who should hitting the big time in a few years.

It would be disastrous for British boxing if the likes of Groves & Gavin don't get sufficient exposure to the the public, because both those boys can go on to be huge.

I might be way out, and if I am I apologise :hey Not looking for a boring argument just my opinion... Excluding this fight the amount of time, money and attention thats been given to Khan could of really moved on others.

Maybe now that Khans gone to america magic frank will work his magic:deal

Fair enough bud. But that's just the way it is. It's hardly Khan's fault for what he is. Just the nature of it. Sorry If I took you the wrong way. And if you'd given this explanation I would have understood much better.

Tune in though. To a good night of boxing :happy
