Interesting one this. 2/1 seems a little baffling. I know the kid ain't fought anyone but giving 2/1 on any undefeated fighter against a 44 year old Botha who may well just turn up for the payday seems an interesting proposition. Looking at him...seems a big lad, well conditioned, very light on his feet, good handspeed. Defensive instincts are very lacking for his style though, slightly worrying but doesn't put me off too much as I don't expect Botha to rush him.

He does look pretty decent. If Botha does try to rush in he seems to have the smarts to step back and make him pay.

Wondering if its worth jumping on now? Quite a way to go, but with one bookmaker having priced it up are the odds gonna get any better than 2/1?

I think Botha is being brought in as the sacrificial lamb too.

It's got a bit of significance, with an All Black fighting a South African.... it's got intrigue.

Plus, I don't think Williams handlers will stick him in with anyone too dangerous.

Think the odds will come in closer to the fight.

It's all got all the ingredients of an upset. A smart, well grounded, former Rugby Union player who knows his limits but also knows how much potential he's got, going up against a cocky, complacent, past it fighter who will underestimate him. Mundine showed that it can be done.

Interesting input guys. Might stick a bit on now and see how it develops.

Although I should probably check to see Botha's mentality in his recent losses.

    You've got to love Williams.

He could have probably been the greatest league player ever and gave it all up to earn £250k a year playing beer and giggles rugby union in the south of France.

Then said ''I'll play for the AB's if you let me box''

    :yep

They've won there last 20 odd league games. In 12 games this season they've scored 38 and only conceded 6. They also drew with Juve in Turin. Chelsea's record away from home in CL in recent years hasn't been great. But I think they are worth a punt at them odds considering they way we've been playing recently.
