Pulev finished him with a body shot he couldnt recover from it, i don't think it will go past 4 rounds mate so you will be wasting your money on 4-6.

I think Price is at the stage of his career where its about making a statement, and he's so much bigger than the ancient Skelton that even if Skelton tries to make it ugly he's gotta take fire to get into range. I genuinely believe Price can get this done in 1, but he may take a round behind the jab the measure Skelton up. I think this has no chance of lasting more than 9 mins, little chance of more than 6 and I expect it to be done in the first 3.

    I think you'll be correct.

But so long as it isn't round 2 or mentally goes 7+ rounds then I'm £££ up

Surely the UNTHINKABLE - a Skelton KO can't happen?

I won a load on Price vs Harrison being Round 1, 1-3 etc. but I also covered Harrison KO because he is a big guy with one punch KO.

Skelton isn't a big guy [is he actually 6'3??] doesn't have one punch KO in the slightest, so it's not worth covering his KO is it? Despite Price's uber dodgy amateur chin?

I'm just thinking out loud here. It would be money down the drain covering a Skelton KO, right???

I didnt forget mate, just think Sexton takes the better shots and is a better boxer than Skelton plus he's 45 and hes come in heavier than usual.

Yeah definetly, you'd be better off covering the Price 2nd round than a Skelton KO. (Yeah 6,3 apparently unless he's shrunk)

    Free bet...

    £100 on Price rounds 1-3 at 2.10

    £100 on Price rounds 4-6 at 3.40

It isn't going more than 6 rounds, that's a fact. So just hope it goes past 3 and if it doesn't there's your boxnation paid for 2 weeks.

    True dat.

Audley is S**T. No getting away from that fact. And Sexton was only about 10 seconds away from round 5.

    Hmmmm.

Also as Bunce has just said on Boxnation, the use of the term 'padded record' for Price's KOs is flattering to the point of embarrassment. The first 7 opponents were obese Americans or Latvian cab drivers who LITERALLY went down without being hit.

Oh well, I have to go with my instinct here. Skelton only knows one way to fight and at 50 his punch resistance isn't going to be Chisora-eque :good

Odds of 16-20/1 to pick a round flintoff wins in is good, part of me thinks Dawson will take a dive

Fair enough - if Price wins in 2, or Skelton takes him into the second half of the fight I'm the fool.

Realistically though I'm happy to take the risk and win some money on Price winning in rounds 1,3,4,5 or 6.

No, it's clearly not a case of not being sensible picking Price to win in the first 6. Everyone expects that. You're hardly going against the norm with that pick.

It's your psycho-analysis of Price and his approach which looks pretty pathetic :good
