So makin 1000% on your money in two years aint good enough for you then !!!...... We all can claim smart bets but if you not got the bottle to put doh on it wats the point in talking a good game .... To be honest Ward wont win this tmt ... I think semis are as far as he will go ... Dirrell a better fighter IMO than Ward and he could be a value outsider to win this ... but for me Froch may not be the stylish one but hes got the heart to win this ...
I think so as well. Hatton was buzzed by pretty much every punch Pacquiao landed - Marquez doesn't hit as hard, nor is he as fast........ but I'd say he puts combinations together just as well - maybe even slightly better than Pac. He could outbox Hatton, could stand there and trade. Makes no difference. Hatton will never put himself in a position to lose a points decision......
Won £42 on a bet I'd forgotten I'd placed. Gotta love it when that happens! :happy Lee Westwood for race to Dubai at 14/1.
Has anyone got money on the English Premier League winner this year? You can still get 4/6 for Chelsea. Good value? African Cup of Nations is 10-31 Jan and during January Chelsea's 4 PL games are: Hull (a) Sunderland (h) Birmingham (h) Burnley (a) There at home to Arsenal on 6th Feb. They're obviously going all out for the CL this year as well so they could get fixture congestion at the end of the season if they progress in the FA cup but I think the squad is pretty strong. Tempted to put some money on them but to make it worth while (waiting to until the end of the season for a potential return) it would have to be more than I usually bet.
I think it's worth a punt. The only team capable of challenging them is Arsenal - Man Utd aren't great this season, Spurs, Villa and City will all fade later on with injuries and suspensions. Tie in into Leeds winning league 1, around 1/3 to add a bit better value.
Not sure of the odds but I'd take Cardiff Blues to beat the Australians tomorrow. Anybody get hold of the odds?
Theres not a chance Arsenal will even finish close to them, they're still soft as shite away from home as theyve shown again and again this season. Though hopefully Arsenal beat them this weekend for a better price on Chelsea. The only ones who might get close are Utd, they have the knack, help from refs etc but for the first time in years I look at their squad and it aint great.
