I do Leeds on the goals galore every week, but left them there today.

Swansea's defensive record at home is out of this world, six all season I think.

Done a small double instead, Swansea and Sri Lanka, both at Evens.

Swansea have looked superb today, we haven't really turned up at all..... but barring a couple of lucky offsides we've not really even had a chance to score.

Of 40 games this season only one side (until today) has kept a clean sheet against us.... says it all really.

Doesn't help playing against 12 though, this referee has had an absolute shocker.

I am having a bad, bad day.

The only saving grace is that I was able to withdraw my starting pot this morning so I am only playing with their money.

im backing the improving foster tonight to win by ko/tko 5/4 with ladbrokes seems very generous to me and he showed what a great dig he has when winning the belt 2 fights ago

Laid off at 5.1 before the semis for a healthy profit either way, winning more if he wins it as i still fancied him, not looking too good though.

Acosta's up to 2.74 on betfair, could be worth a back to lay at least :think

Could do I suppose. I was thinking Acosta could rack up a few rounds before getting dragged into Bam Bam's game. No idea how it's going to go tbh, too many questions about both, might be best leaving it.

I see rios winning the first few then acosta figuring him out and boxing his ears off after 4 or 5 rounds.

  11. Man City have drifted to 5/7 at home against Fulham... :think

They look ragged at the minute, West Ham's strikers are both puddings but causing them lots of trouble.

Gerrard is being dominated, Dalglish needs to think about taking him off.

  15. He's stuck in Tommy Hitz's back pocket :yep

Anything worth backing in the Rugby later? :think
