i wonder what woukld happen to the British title ,should it happen ,would it mean that only Welsh/NI/Manx/English fighters could fight for it ? we could still fight for the cmmonwealth i suppose !

Not putting Frankie Gavin down as Irish champion? I am almost certain he had that title at ringside with him in the interview so I expect it means something to Frankie?

Middleweight division is shaping up quite nicely now with Smith in there and Saunders now over his injury problems. Will be interesting to see the route that Warren takes with them both.

 

especially with the titles in the hands of a hatton fighter.

 

Who do you think is more likely to go down the British route and who down the random world title trinkets to get a ranking? I think he will let Smith go down the British route to see if he can make an impression while he gets Saunders a few belts such as an inter-continental belt.

 

Martin Murray is a Hatton fighter I think, he is fighting for the vacant British title against Nick Blackwell, but I think Saunders will be looking to get moved up shortly.
