Ward is the future. Ward will most likely fill floyds spot in terms of talent.

Definitely. But even Hops was P4P#1 before Floyd ever was. It took Hops losing to Taylor to give Floyd the #1 spot

Gamboa is way too good compared to Escobedo with 4 defeats already.
Gamboa by ko. Marquez is getting old, but he still outclass Broner.

Who knows how good Broner is. Although im a huge fan of Marquez, everyone gives him a pass. Marquez hasnt done anything even close to what Mayweather and Pacquiao has done yet nobody critisizes him. He arguably beats Pacquiao when they fight, so what? Prior to that he fights Juan Diaz and Katsidis? Who cares. Pacquiao may have fought older or weaker versions of once great fighters and Mayweather caught guys more near the end of their careers but Marquez has seriously hurt his own legacy by chasing Pacquiao's instead of building his own. Marquez is a great fighter but he hasnt done anything in recent years to have me believe he would run through guys like Garcia, Rios, Guerrero, Judah, Khan or even Broner. So many great fights for him and all he gives us are tune ups vs cab drivers and a fight vs Pacquiao once every three years. Quit bullshittin urselves.

in 2007 the LW rankings were:
    Joel Casamayor, Champion
    Juan Diaz
    David Diaz
    Jose Armando Santa Cruz
    Julio Diaz
    Nate Campbell
    Michael Katsidis
    Yuri Romanov
    Amir Khan
    Zahir Raheem
    Anthony Peterson

Marquez and Pacquiao fought at 130 and both moved up right afterward. Guess who Marquez fought back to back and look who Pacquiao fought

Marquez has no interest in fighting upcomers. If Guerrero loses to Aydin he should move back down to 135 to fight Broner. Either that should happen or a fight with Gamboa. Otherwise Broner has no exciting fights at 135. Cakewalk.

Broner Vs. Joan Guzman make it happen.
They can set their own limit anywhere from (135-147)

Guzman won tonight by KO, looked pretty good too.
I'd be more than interested to see that match.

Who has Broner beat on Marquez's level? The best fighter he has fought is Ponce De Leon and that was a fight that could go either way.

Broner vs Gamboa is likely a 50-50 fight.
