You cannot possibly expect that post to be taken seriously by anyone with a functioning brain.

Is he not preaching to the choir? His resume is just as bad. Brook ought to shut his mouth about such matters.

I don't think it's so ridiculous to suggest that at all. They're all respectable middleweights, whilst we've no idea what Brook is going to be like at 160 at all

You're seriously deluded, I won't even get over things like calling Pavlik "average" and such :-(

Spike O Sul would give Brook a pasting ffs.

MW Brook looks like an over weight Welter. Exactly what he is.

    Prime Taylor (x2) for instance

That sh*ts all over whatever Brook has done and probably ever will do in his career.

For instance haha, as though there's loads of other examples you could have used. :rofl

Taylor was never very good and Pavlik got lucky in the first fight. Two bang average american level fighters.

    And the NEW...!

Couldn't agree more, re the size. Will be interesting to see how he holds up against an above average shot from a career Middleweight. If he fares well then I might believe that he could beat Golovkin's prior opposition.

Hmmm.I'm not gonna try to argue that GGGs resume is top tier but I think you're off base with this comment. Golovkin dominated Murray way more completely than Groves. Also I'm not sure why you think Maravilla was 'always overated' - sure, you could argue that he was on the slide when Murray fought him, but if you think he was always overated your standards are high indeed.

Oh. And resumes? Overated. You can pick apart any resume if you've got a mind to.

Porter at 160 would be GGGs best win. Brook outboxes C levellers like Lemieux and Murray without breaking a sweat.

Resumes are overrated, no offense but this might possibly be the dumbest statement I've ever read on a boxing forum.
