Terrible reasoning. There's one thing Khan has over Brook - he's a star, Brook isn't. Khan generates more interest, bigger gates, and has faced and beaten better opponents than Brook.

Undefeated champion means nothing when you're not the money man.

50/50 IF kell is world champ after his title fight AND khan doesnt hold a belt OR hasnt avenged peterson or garcia.if not 60/40 to old glass neck.im sure if khan was confident enugh of a win hed accept 50/50 no matter what the situation was.still think brook takes this fight tho by ko

If Brook has a belt and Khan doesn't beat a decent fighter/belt holder in the mean time, then I'd say 60/40 in Amir's favor is fair, if Brook doesn't fight the winner of Bailey/Alexander then 70-30.

Khan is a star in Britain, Kell isn't.

khan might be a bigger "star" worldwide but is nowhere near as popular in britain as kell.bigger name yes certainly but most people watch khans fights hoping hel get kod in spectacular fashion.
    i do anyway.

60-40 in Khans favour. Possibly even 65- 35. Khan is by far the bigger draw. Brook hasn't even managed to reach world level yet. And looking at his last showing. I'm having ever so slight doubts that he will.

Makes no matter why they watch him, they still watch him. Khan's the best known boxer in Britain; non-boxing fans woudn't recognise Brook if he knocked on their front door and introduced hmself.

Brook could reasonably negotiate 35-40% I'd have thought if the scenario in the OP played out. He'd be a legitimate belt holder and his profile would have risen in this country when doing it. Khan would still be the bigger name, but the fight would probably be financially the biggest he could make outside of Mayweather or Pacquiao.

People thinking Brook takes a 70/30 split are crazy. It takes 2 to tango, and there is no way Khan can generate massive interest in England without a suitable opponent.

Calzaghe & Hatton could fill a staduim fighting a local cab driver. Khan has got no chance of doing the same. Hes been KO'd twice, lost 3 times. He's becoming a big name like Audley Harrison to the casual. Synonymous with all mouth & no action.
