Bunce. On next weeks show can you mention Kevin Finnegan who's just died at the age of 60.
Never saw him fight (before my time) but apparently he gave a young Hagler all he could handle in their first fight. Cheers.

Thought the Hopkins interview was brilliant. I've warmed to Bernard after that. As someone said...nice guy in victory...

I will try and get hold of Alan Minter for a Kevin Finnegan tribute. I saw him fight and had the pleasure of watching him train with his brother and Freddie Hill. He was an enigma. The last of a breed.
A lot of people liked what they heard from Bernard. That's good. He's a decent human - try and take a look at the BBC Inside Sport film I made before the Calzaghe fight. Bernard has many, many sides.
    Adios.

I wasn't born until '75 but the 70's seems a bit of a hollowed time for me for british boxing, with Minter, the Finnegans, Conteh even good old 'enry etc. and those smoke filled arenas!

No real Glamour, Just the honest toil I guess.

Good if you can get Minter or even his brother Chris on Stevo to talk about Kevin Finnegan. Read his brothers book not so long ago "Finnegan: Self portrait of a fighting man". Excellent read.

    Good show Buncie boy!

Great show - just been home to watch it cos I was out yesterday.

Any ideas why Buncey wasn't ''allowed'' to mention Joe's name - then Bernard did :D

Great show, Buncey! Best boxing show out there right now. ****, it's probably the best sport's show! Can't believe how much those guys pack into 60 minutes. Makes that old Sky Sports' 'Ringside' show look like Newsround.
