I don't think you need to be subscribed to Sky to get Boxnation...

a few requests i have buncey.....

#1: phone ins, when you're interviewing fighters do a couple of phone ins where we can speak directly to you or the boxer.

#2: boxing lesson, their's a youtube channel where the interviewer gets in the ring with the best fighters and they go through various boxing techniques they use. its a great way to help fans understand the sport.

#3: most importantly, mention ESB every week!

Ah, but it ( Boxnation ) will be becoming a subscription channel and I am guessing you need to be a sky subscriber with a valid sky viewing card in order to subscribe.

We cancelled over a year ago, so our old card wouldn't even work. Couldn't even rejoin with it to be able to order the Haye Wlad PPV fight. So had to make do with a crappy RTL stream on the internet.

But have a shiny new Sky HD box now. Just hoping Box Nation delivers a HD Channel.

It just goes to show that you don't need a big budget, or even a decent set, you can still make a good TV show with an enthusiastic host and some good guests. I really enjoyed it.

Did the old Bunce promo that we showed last night not feature the slap? That's odd, I will sort that out.

Kerr is involved this Sat/Sun with the Hopkins fight. People forget the reason Andy was there in the first place - the original show was part of Setanta's 24-hour rolling news station and Andy was one of the presenters. I started doing ten minutes and he was in the presenter's chair. It moved to an hour and he stayed in the chair.

You can buy a viewing card from Sky for about £10 with no subscription I think.

 

i think i speak for all of us when i say "thanks for bringing boxing back to the mainstream". great show with fantastic guests. it's only going to improve the sport in britain with this kind of exposure..... but i think i also speak for everone(and you even mentioned it yourself)...... change the 80s style set!!!!!!!!!

 

I quite like the old 80's style set, reminds me of watching some of the old sky fights on DVD from the early 90's with Gary Norman presenting :yep

 

Need Sky Sports News for work with Sky Go, so had to renew, not that I am complaining as have a nice HD box now.

 

Do you know what channels you would still have with this?
