I love Steve, and he did get an unnecessary amount of ****, but he did get pissed off at any criticism at all. He seemed to take it all very personally.

Anybody with any level of 'fame' within the sport gets hammered on here by a few posters. Gavin, Bellew, Bunce Woodhouse too of late. Just like Twitter, when you see some of the abuse famous people get on there, its ridiculous. If I was in the sport I wouldnt come on here openly either.
Any credibility this brit forum thought it had is now well down the pan when you get the likes of bunce throwing in the towel:-(
When i first joined Buncey was a bit of a hero on here, people enjoyed having him on here and when the Bunce Boxing hour finished on Setanta people were pushing for him to be on channel 5 etc. Sadly since then things have been said and done and people have really got stuck into him. I think he handled it well till the last year and has pretty much gone Rambo on ESB.
People loved Buncey when he was himself. Unfortunately, he became a mouthpiece for boxnation and his credibility took a hit.
