    Broner stops Ricky IMO

I actually think Ponce De Leon is quite a lot better than Martinez.

Hope I'm wrong but I see Ricky getting a bit of a hiding.

No, Burns will more than likely vacate and go after Fana for the Ring or go upto Lightweight and fight Mitchell.

I agree that PDL is a better fighter than Martinez, he's much more refined and clearly takes a better punch too.

I know Burns had a size advantage but struggled to get a midget in Evensen out of there and had to settle for a points win, yet several times got Martinez's attention and if it wasn't for being way ahead and not needing to take any risks might have got rid of him late.

PDL would step into Martinez early and bang him out.

All that aside, their respective wins over the two all point to an intriguing fight. Burns largely dominated Martinez, whereas Broner was pretty even with PDL and could consider himself fortunate to get the W.

Hopefully the fight gets made, no more BS defences for Burns. Preferably in the States too, we've had enough stay at home Joes fighting bums. Always sweeter winning in the other person's backyard :deal

That's fair enough. You work with Ricky and know him better than all of us. But as a fan of both Burns, Broner and Boxing.. I really think Burns is a massive underdog in this fight. If you and Ricky can come up with a plan that he can pull off then fair play, you'll both deserve a ton of credit but I just don't see it happening. I'm not a hater I just speak the truth. Would love you to prove me wrong :good

Then stop trying to pursue a fight against Fana, nobody in the trade thinks he is anywhere near the the best super feather in the world. The rings ranking's aren't gospel either and most of their ranking's for a lot of the divisions are laughable compared to far more credible one's like Boxing monthly. If you think Ricky beats everyone at SFW then why isn't he looking at Uchiyama, Aoh and even Broner who in my opinion are all way better than Fana whose best win is against another south african nobody cares about.
