Hope Burns wins his next fight anyway no matter who it's against .I think Burns has been quality for Scottish boxing it's a good time for me to be a fan .I'm heavy buzzing for most of his fight ( Martinez Katsidis Mitchell Gonzalez ) .I am happy seeing him against solid fighters not too worried about the elites ( Gamboas Broners etc ) .Think Gonzalez has the tools to go onto be elite as well tbh .Rees I wouldn't mind but I get a better buzz from a fighter across the pond but the whole buzz of the Mitchell fight was quality .These Burns days for me are defintley the best since Hatton Mayweather .Some good nights of boxing .

Your wrong not everyone can get a trainers licence from the board and even when you do get it you should always be learning,something i certainly have after that fight,Ricky and i know what wasnt right we simply wont let it happen again. With regards to my tactics the only person whos opinion that really counts is Rickys and weve got it right 21/21 times so it aint to bad thanks. Your wrong pal you need relevent experience to hold a trainers licence,same as to become a second im told applicants need at least 2 years experience in a gym. Also you cant get a managers licence unless you have held another licence of some discription for 3 years at least thats what were told in the scottish area but that should be the same nationwide.
Even if anyone could get a leicence which they cant, not everyone has the ability to put things across and make someone understand it. Ive never came on here and said im this or that thats not for me to judge but what i am is a good coach.

You can throw insults my way and construct a straw man argument but fact of matter is you ducked Broner but were happy to face Cook who came off a hiding to the guy Burns beat for title, long lay off, injury and win v journeyman. The fact Burns has fought average opponents fails fans, Cleverly is no different. If you have the capabilities then use them rather than waste. You're a percentage trainer taking the lower risk fights playing the long game rather than taking the best fights. You've chosen the business route rather than the legacy route. But its down to the fighter to agree on the bouts. Burns could have stated on tv he wants Broner. Done a call out and be willing to go wherever to make it happen. As I said, he's playing the long game, business route rather than legacy. It's a shame because Burns is better than that. He I'd even do away with LW and go straight to LWW and.go for some big fights. A loss is a loss but I'd sooner lose facing the best than winning v the rest. LW lost too many great talents to stay there now.
am i the only one who thinks gamboa is severly undersized even at lightweight nevermind people sayin he should go upto 140?? is he struggling to make weight or is he just comin up the weights just to get the better named fighters?? he wants the broner fight but the difference in size would be massive to me
