    Again this silly argument.

Try comparing Julio Cesar Chavez with Bute in the same way. That way you'll 'prove' that Chavez couldn't carry Bute's jockstrap.

Even sillier is that it doesn't matter.

Imagine that we were discussing who is taller Howard Stern's Beetlejuice (look him up.. he is about 5' tall) or Michael Jordan?

    I say: Michael Jordan!

Ziggy says: Oh, that's easy to debunk!! Beetlejuice was born early and bla bla bla.

So what? Michael Jordan in fact IS taller (no matter the reasons and excuses).

Your source, provided you can produce one, is unilateral. The fact remains that the information pertaining to a counteroffer has not being confirmed by both parties. Information pertaining to negotiations are qualified as factual when confirmed by all parties implied, which is not the case here.

You could certainly argue that but where there's no confirmation of a counteroffer from all parties implied and, moreover, when negotiations are broken on the same day Kessler is made the mandatory challenger to a lesser champion, there's also room to think that Kessler is running away from Bute.

Moreover, your opinion on ''reality'' is only your opinion. Trying to get the better end of a deal is the reality from which every negotiation won't escape. It's always about testing the other: ''how much is he willing to let go to make the fight? How desperate is he?''. There's no definite evidence that Sauerland tested Bute. In fact, he walked out the day the WBO posted their rankings.

In conclusion, you and the other detractors made it your mission statement to attack Bute from every conceivable angle, often resorting to rhetorics, double standards and false logic when not pushing the slander as far as making up facts. In view of this, you have the burden of the proof. Until further notice, you failed to justify your position.

Only time will tell whether Bute avoided or not the best opposition. My opinion on this is all roads lead to him. The Kesslers, the Wards, the Frochs will eventually have to face him.

A fighter can become a ducker at any stage of his career, even if he had never been before. Kessler is not a ducker, Sauerland is. He is a promoter and thinks differently than the boxing fans. He measures how he can get in making an easy fight vs the risk of Kessler losing against Bute. He chose to duck Bute. You can write what ever you want, it will never change facts. Sauerland chose the Stieglitz way before receiving Interbox offer. He "convinced" the guys at the WBO to make the winner of Kessler-Bouadla their mandatory, which is ridiculous because even if Kessler diserves it, he wasn't ranked there and Bouadla was 5th. Since when beating the number 5 guy makes you bypass the others in front of you? That's what Sauerland was doing, gimmicks, when he received the Interbox offer. All his acts and his words from there were bull**** to cover what he was doing.

" Sauerland chose the Stieglitz way before receiving Interbox offer."

Yes, perhaps. That makes as much sense as Bute fighting (who was it?) for the belt Bute holds. Who did Bute beat to get his belt?? (honestly I cannot remember)

"Since when beating the number 5 guy makes you bypass the others in front of you? "

Did Sauerland use the fact that they are one of the world's most powerful promoters?

Sure... I would expect them to if I was Kessler.

To me it makes excellent sense that Kessler can fight for a world championship at home while recovering from an injury. I can see that it must annoy Interbox because they hoped that Kessler didn't have other options and had to accept their 'offer'.

What Kessler is doing makes perfect sense for him. Bute's guys and many Bute fans in here feels that Bute should get majority part because Bute holds a paper belt. Well, now Kessler may get a belt. Secondly, Kessler said that one eye was fine, and now he is hoping the other one will regenerate as well. While he doesn't know it makes sense to take on Stieglitz in Denmark who may be easier than taking on Bute in Montreal.

    Makes perfect sense.

(Bute won the belt by tkoing Berrio who himself won it while it was vacant by facing...Stieglitz and tkoing him in the 3rd...)

So much for the paper belt Bute has compared to the "real" belt Kessler will get....

Right, as if you and the other mange-Canadien from Montreal predicted in June 2005 that Kessler would get the career he had so far after beating nobodies after nobodies.

Kessler's pro career gained some significance when he faced Mundine, then Lucas. That was the starting point. Took him 8 years to finally bring some serious opposition to his ring. Before that, his resume was nothing to write home about.

But you and the others hating on Bute demand Bute achieves the same result in a shorter period of time and in a context where the top 168 pounder are tied up in a never-ending tournament. You haters are truly full of **** yet likeable jokers for bringing good entertainement to the board.

That being said, whoever wants the last word is welcomed to post in.

It makes sense from a promoter point of view. For the boxing fans, it does not. Every poster on ESB was happy when the possibility of a Kessler-Bute fight rose a couple of months ago. Even you were. Bat was too. Bute-Kessler and the winner against the super 6 winner, that was making sense. Then, everything shifts because Sauerland chooses another way. If Bute had done the same thing, you would never forgive him. You would not write: it makes sense. You would bash him.

Your opinion changes according to the fighters. Does that make sense to you?

He already answer that. saying Kessler proved by his resume and his "willingness" to fight outside that its is right to take this path.

That numbers are what Bute made against those guys.
Found out the Magee purese to:
"Bute's expected to earn a purse of $1.2 million U.S., while Magee receives $250000 U.S., the highest purse of his career"

    Bute
    vs Alexandro Berrio - 200.000 $
    vs William Joppy - 700.000 $
    vs Librado Andrade - 700.000 $
    vs Fulgencio Zuniga - 500.000 $
    vs Librado Andrade - 908.000 $
    vs Edison Miranda - 700.000 $
    vs Jesse Brinkley - 1.000.000 $
    vs Brian Magee - 1.200.000 $

Now I only need to find out the Mendy purse, I think it's smaller than Brinkley & Magee because the tickets were probably cheeper and Romexpo Dome maximum capacity was 10.000 ppl.

I have never said that I was happy with Kessler fighting in Canada and Bute getting yet another home fight. Never ever. That - you made up.

I think they should fight - as I think Bute and Ward, Bute and Froch etc. should fight. But I think Bute-Froch should happen in the UK rather than again giving Bute the advantage he has had his entire career.
