I doubt Stieglitz can draw more than 5,000 in Magdeburg. He really isn't that big a name.

In Denmark I reckon 10-12K indoors or 15-20K in Parken Stadium.

 

You still haven't explained why Sauerland did not make the counter offer he was supposed to. Sauerland ran in another direction as fast as he could, even before receiving the offer. Why not make a counter offer? When you open your mouth, you act. Kessler opened his mouth, Sauerland opened his mouth, but they did nothing.

Not Kessler's fault though but he chose Sauerland. You have to be a ****ing hater to ***** Bute's camp in that story. The Stieglitz fight is not announced yet, even if Sauerland has said 3 weeks ago he was close to a deal. If the clowns of the WBO finish by making a purse bid, Kessler will have 25% of the purse. That is if Stieglitz is not mysteriously injured 3 weeks prior to the fight... He also has a German promoter.

I don't think the fact that fighters don't really see the humour in Bute's 'offers' as a sign that they respect bute.

Because I also don't think they would fight Bouadla or someone like that if they had to pay almost all of the 'offer ' themselves for the privilege to go to Bouadlas home country.

But Bute is probably a really good fighter... I've never said otherwise. But that is another discussion.

He never did. Not an official one.

 

Kessler had 750K from Interbox plus money from Showtime. You like to forget this one. For the first stage group, the fighters received 500K from Showtime for each fight. That means that when Kessler fought Ward, he received 500K + the Danish TV rights. It was not a problem then.

I guess we'll have to see first what Kessler gets for fighting Stieglitz and where he will fight him.

Maybe one day you'll admit that Sauerland had decided to fight Stieglitz before even receiving an offer from Interbox. You should, because it's the plain truth.

The offer for Mikkel Kessler was indeed low but they would have found a way to negociate if they wanted it...i don't think Interbox has to much financial power right now but they could've offered more to Mikkel if he wanted to make a deal...but he wanted Stieglitz more and i don't blame him...at leats not like you all blame Bute for this failure
