Bute looked so bad, maybe he want to lur froch..

I see what he was saying, lure him into overconfidence. He might have the fight, but if Bute looks bad Froch will be overconfident and in his mind already have won the rematch. Then Bute comes in better than Froch thought he would be and we have a competitive fight.

 

Froch can lure back in the Mack fight then. :think

 

I'm just at round 10 of this joyous exhibition of boxing comedy as we speak.
I'm sure Carl is taking the OP's theory on board and discussing it with Rachel over Sunday lunch as we speak.

 

That performance wont make Froch lick his lips, it probably made him think he shouldn't be allowed in the same ring as Bute again cus he might actually kill the dude next time.

It really is Bute's best chance.

Froch came out in the first fight more determined than ever. He said if he lost that fight he was retiring. He fought like a caged pitbull loosed on a poodle.

Now, Froch is taking a breather vs Mack. Mack will of course fold in the first 6-7 rounds, and Froch, thinking maybe Bute is washed up, may undertrain for the fight.

I mean he really gonna have the wind in his sails after consecutive dominating KOs wins, and if Bute was playing possum last night, Froch may just be in for a change of wind direction.

I mean, it's Bute's ONLY hope.:deal

 

Last nights card was very entertaining in my opinion.Bute had his hands full all night long,Green battered St.Juste but was always in potential danger,Guerrero v Gauthier was an all out war and Zewski demolished his hapless opponent.Fun fights.
