Oh dear, Buttards in full swing again. Do I need to remember you guys? Carl Froch and Librado Andrade knocked him the **** out.
Right? atsch I mean Froch isn't that great a win since he's only beaten old Johnson and hype job fraud Bute and Dirrell right? Can't have it both ways.
If Froch had lost, he'd have probably fought 3-4 more fights: Pascal rematch in Montreal, Cleverly in the UK, maybe even Kessler rematch later on. He needs the money so no point in quitting now. If Bute gets destroyed by Froch again, he's done at the B+ level. After another tune-up, he gets Pascal and maybe Kessler for the big money abroad, and then it's over. He couldn't beat Dawson at 175 lbs and there isn't any point just fighting B- level fighters for no glory in front of fewer and fewer fans when you're 32-2 and 33 years old and are already sorted financially.
I think this is a really good fight for Bute. It will be interesting to see how the Froch fight has affected him.. hopefully not too much, the guys a class act.
No, Carl Froch said very clearly he'd put up his boots if Bute beat him. He knew Putte was nothing but a jelly jawed hypejob, and he snatched him out the water like a killer whale does a baby seal.
And you very clearly said you'd **** off ESB and never come back. Oh, but hang on. Froch is a real man. So he might have actually done it.
At least Kessler has not been knocked unconscious the two times he stepped up his competition. This content is protected
You need to be able to tell the difference between the reality that Froch has told us and the fiction you are making up.
Mr Tragic you do realize how **** Green is right ? To compare is almost imagining as a situation where Bute would be dropped by Miranda or Zuniga.
I don't mean to be rude, but plenty of fighters say they will retire and then come back. No way would Froch have retired if he had lost to Bute. Not with big money fights still available to him. Froch hasn't made enough money to be comfortably sorted for life yet. Pride is pride, but reality strikes home. And he might have come back for pride alone too!
