Bute will never fight Ward

I'm from the Bronx, and no one knows who Bute is in nyc. At least, not like you think there are.

 

that was only part of my post, i said people will travle to NY. i hope for US boxers sake that the locals will be rutting for ward.

 

What is it with foreigners and having to have someone "root" for you?? That **** doesn't matter. Talent and skill matter.

look I agree Ward would be a very difficult fight for Bute and it's as close to 50/50 as it gets imo but if Bute doesn't deserve a Ward fight who does? Anthony Dirrell who's done WAY less than Bute to deserve a shot? That would be hypocritical as **** of team of Ward to take a less deserving opponent.....and in reality everyone can see there is no one else ranking above Bute at SMW at the moment besides Ward himself.

Mayweather Jr. would disagree, he makes the most money and the majority want to see him lose.

 

If what the fighters were actually quoted as saying means anything, its Ward who doesn't look so eager to take this fight. Why the **** is the thread starter assuming its Bute?

And the people saying Bute doesn't deserve a shot at Ward.....oh for ****'s sake. They are the two best in the division, let them fight....or at very least an intriguing match up...why wouldn't you want to see this? Oh, I get it....

I hope he does, but when he does he gets beaten, ward is too fast, too rugged, and too skilled for Bute. Bute has beaten some decent fighters but He hasn't beaten a great or even "really good" fighter yet. He's #2 technically but mainly because he's fought meh competition while the best of the division were beating each other. I think Dirrell beats him, Ward, Kesslar, and probably Froch. Especially if he had to fight all of them as Froch did.
