    people are getting far too carried away with khan, i mean hes done nothing spectacular since roach really. he now covers up well after throwing but thats it. paulies been in against some a level boxers whilst khan has fought c level fighters. paulie would be a step up for khan, would match khan for speed and unlike kotelnik and salita would actually throw shots back. what makes people think paulie doesnt have the skills to keep khan off? he managed to keep diaz off for 72 minutes and hes far more relentless than khan coming forward. khan hasnt got a bullet proof defence which i believe paulie could get through with off his jab and speed and i dont think khan has the power to ko paulie. it would be a good fight imo. i'd go for a paulie sd.

    This is the most sensible fight out there for Khan.
    PM has no stopping power to really trouble Khan, and I`m sure Khan would take this fight in a heart beat.

    I would suggest that this would be a great under card fight for Pac/PBF, though it`s weather Freddie Roach wants to put all his efforts into training Pacquiao.

    First of all, I'd like to thank all of you Uk fans for taking this thread up! It's good to hear from pugilist fans from across the pond!

    I am really keeping my eye on Khan to make some serious noise, and he is so young. He, to me, seems like he could be a big threat as he sets in on his style. I like watching his fights and think that he and Malignaggi would make a good show of things. I'd really like to see this on the PBF/Pac card. not that i think you guys need to be spending money on the fight- i just feel as though it is an important fight that should happen :)
    Can't tell me you guys won't be watching the pac/floyd fight anyhow :)

    Good, interesting fight. It seems UK fans hate Khan while the US fans are hoping he does something exciting for the future. Unfortunately I fall into the category of hating him too, mostly because he seems to love himself a little too much for one who has achieved so little. Getting in with Roach and Pacquiao is probably the best thing he will ever do, learning from a master tactician and being exposed to genuine humility in Pac.

    Anyway, yeah, good fight. Not the best, because I'm hoping for Khan-Zab and for Zab to take it seriously so he can beat Amir like an erection and we can be done with him for good. I think it's a lot tougher a fight than is being made out here, for Khan, given that Paulie won't go anywhere. He'll be there for 12 rounds you can be pretty sure of that, and he is annoying to fight and he can box. If prime-Cotto couldn't stop Paulie, I very much doubt Khan can.

    IMO, Khan via tight decision. But only because Roach helps point out and abuse Paulie's myriad flaws.
