Wrong. 84 does not mean that. And if you bothered reading the start of this thread, you would clearly see that I received a torrent of abuse after my initial post, so I was not starting anything, merely retaliating to unjustified and unnecessary insults. So wrong again.

robin reid was a very good fighter who blew hot and cold. he could be dreadful one fight and very dangerous the next. his whole career was up and down. he'd have handled both brewer and mitchell on his good days. a solid ex world champ, a good name to have on the resume.

    got that, mingebag?

Not only have I seen footage of both those guys I have seen both those guys, something that I doubt you have. So Calzaghe is no Roy Jones? Newsflash, no ****ing one else is either. Not being better than those guys is no shame, but I tell you this - Calzaghe is a damn sight better than you give him credit for.

True, not everyone that has held a title is truly world class. Where you are going so far wrong is by trying to include the like likes of Reid Mitchell and Brewer in their number despite them having upwards of 30 world title bouts between them. That marks you out as having little to no knowledge of the boxers concerned, and therefore in no place to comment with any authority on the matter.

You are clearly an obsessed Calzaghe hater who feels the need to start thred after thread about him. By any chance have you fallen for his manly charms and are trying to get over the disgust you feel in yourself by denigrating your wank material?

Maybe he is, but we might never know as he never fought enough quality guys in his long career to prove it.

Stop being a dick about it. If Reid was prime now only Kessler and Bute would have more than an evens chance against him. And I'm not sure about Bute. When Joe fought him he was world class. Trying to imply anything else just makes you look stupid I'm affraid.

What is it? 10 world champs not enough?

Reid, Brewer and Mitchell were, as I have stated, adequate opposition. Those are the types of guys that make up any champion's resume. Not every fight can be a superfight. They were adequate. Calzaghe was a strong favourite to beat them, and he did. The problem with Calzaghe's career is that this was all he did for 9 years as a world champion. He never punctuated the sequence of defences v adequate (or often poor) opposition by chasing and securing fights with the big names at the weights around him. That cannot be denied. The record 1997-2006 speaks for itself, history will recognize that, and there's nowt Joe can do about it now.

Despite what u think, I hope he fights Pavlik and can at least end with a flourish. His career would be a tragic waste of talent if he doesn't.

    Adios.

Sorry to break this to you but typing prowess does not a have massively strong correlation to either boxing knowledge or intelligence.

The fact remains, your posts make you seem stupid and as that is all I have to judge you on I'll call it like I see it. You are stupid.

Feel free to go lick some windows.
