Jones is a better boxer than Calzaghe - and so are Hopkins and Toney, who Roy beat easily in his prime.

Only on this forum would Joe Calzaghe slapping around the corpse of Roy Jones provoke numbskulls to think he would have had a prayer against the 1994-96 Superman.

That Jones embarrasses any version of Calzaghe.

Ive said since about 2000 that if there was 1 man that could topple Jones then it would be Calzaghe & I see no reason to change my mind now.

Jones never fought anyone that could fight at a pace like that + had the boxing skills to keep with him + the chin to take his best bombs & not get discouraged mentally.

I dont really think their actual fight told us a HUGE AMOUNT but it told us certain things, Roy sure wouldnt look as comfortable as he did vs James Toney thats for sure.
