    1. None of us know what is sorted out in negotiations, only what we are spoon fed, how do you know drug testing, venue, date and all that **** are sorted and it's only floyd's zero ppv thing?

    2. Lets just pretend that Pac accepts the 40 million, where do you think the majority of that money is coming from, the gate? hell no, it's coming from PPV's, a fixed rate means there is no need for percentage, therefore if the fixed rate is high enough there is no need for percentage, but I forgot how all of you are financial masters and know exactly what Pac would earn.

    3. The pac beating Marg and Cotto and Floyd ducking has been shown to be crap, do you not think it's a bit weird how the fighters Floyd has ducked over recent times are all top rank fighter, top rank boss Bob Arum the master of promotion has told everyone that Floyd is ducking there fighters, by the fact he is the best promoter going don't that tell you he talks the most ****?

    4. Backing up the point above Cotto was 'too green' and Margarito for 8 million or Oscar for 20M, hmmm tough choice.

    5. The whole drug testing thing, do you think that was just made up in the hope Pac would say no? the same guy what has tattoos, therefore shouldn't be scared of blood leaving his body and certainly not needles, the same Pac what was addicted to Meth, a drug commonly injected aged 15, yet again not scared of needles?

    6. I can see the next few posts including the words '*****' or trying to disprove all my points without reading them what so ever and just saying some crap including figures or statements just picked out of the air .

The biggest part of that negotiation is the profit sharing. If the money is right, everything else will fall into places.

Why would someone offer a FIXED RATE on a fight of this magnitude? Everyone is saying that this fight will shatter every records. If that is right, then it will outsell ODLH-Floyd. So, 2.7M buys would generate 162M just on the PPV alone. What if it does more than that? Consider the gate, the sponsors, everything, plus that 160M from PPV, and Pac only gets a FIXED RATE 40M? :-( I can't even fathom how anyone would agree to that ****.

All I know is that, this fight should've happened a long time ago if that testing wasn't brought up.

Yup, 20M against 8M. It is ACCEPTABLE that Floyd chose to fight for 20M instead. But when Pac chose to fight Mosley for 20M, it is UNACCEPTABLE.

Drug testing is NOT the issue, it IS the CUTOFF. The needles that will be used for the testing is the same, whether it's 30 days, 14 days, 7 days or up to the day of the fight. So NO, Pac isn't scared of needles.

Again, the testing is NOT the issue, it IS the CUTOFF. Pac having tattoos is irrelevant. DID Pac have those tattoos 14 or 7 days BEFORE his fight? Will Pac agree to be tattooed 7 days before his fight? Did you get the point? It's NOT the testing, It's the Cutoff.

Fighters being 'shot' gets banded around here far to easily.

Theres a difference between being past your prime and completely shot !

No one said it was unacceptable for Pac to fight for 20 million, but the example you've gave is pure ****, Floyd fought for a LMW title pac fought a guy who lost to Floyd and then drew with Mora.

anyone who thinks Floyd is fighting a better version of Cotto than Pac fought is completely delusional. He's the same guy. Cotto was smaller against Pac, but he was also facing a smaller man.

When you move up in weight, you left behind everything, your "shot" becomes "Unshot", your "beatings" becomes just a pst history!!!!! 154 is the best weight for Cotto.

Afterall, Gayweather is facing the best version of Cotto, the cotto who won against the greatest Jewish fighter ever (can you name any Jewish tilist?), Yuri Foreman.

God, my head is exploding trying to step on *****s' shoes.

look at Hopkins in the RJJ II and Ornales fights then the Pascal fights. PEDS are a hell of a drug.

No. However, shot fighters can still pick up decent victories if they were a world class fighter beforehand.
