Not even Holyfield believes that,to this day he says Tyson under rooney was as unbeatable a fighter can get..lewis himself admitted he never faced a prime Tyson!

    so many casuals here.

Tyson was beatable in his prime. thats why Don King paid Lennox $2 mill to step aside.

Prime Tyson vs Prime Lennox = Lennox KO

Well, if one's going by a few fights impressions, i have the Ali from the Folley fight outpointing him, and the Joe Louis from the 2nd Schmelling kaoing him in 8.

    Exactly.

I love it how the Tyson groupies conveniently forget how, in 1996, the iron man of boxing first paid 4 millions then vacated the WBC title rather than facing mandatory Lewis.

When did King pay Lennox step aside money?

    1996.

In 1996, Mike was a shell of the guy he'd been in the mid 80's.

You're talking about two completely different fighters.

What does 1996 have to do with anything?

Go and watch footage of Mike in the mid 80's, and then go and watch footage of him in the mid 90's.

    Same person, but different fighters.

Lol. Everyone is talking about prime Tyson and you go and bring up 1996... then have nerve to agree with another poster calling us casuals... ugh.

Take 1991 Tyson, and the same history as with Lewis repeats himself earlier: he backs out of the Holyfield fight.

Psycho Mike was probably more afraid of losing than of Holyfield himself.
