Sure he can, and next comes Manny Paquiao, fighting one weight class higher after another, finaly knocking out both Klitschkos and Valuev too (running on very high heels though) and thus becoming the first undisputed world champion of ALL classes quite litteraly speaking ;-)

No. He started his career at 160 lbs. He is just too small for HW, guys like Toney and Jones Jr tried that **** and look what it got them. Cruiserweight maybe, even thats probably pushing it for Dawson.

Chad Dawson said in an interview that he would never fight above LHW because there is no money in cruiserweight.

no ****ing way would he do anything at heavyweight. with his frame he'd be better dropping down to 168 which he has said he is considering doing and there's a lot of great fights for him at 168 too.

Dawson doesn't carry enough power to fight at HW, he may do well against fringe contenders, but he'll struggle against good punchers.

Is that what you assume for every fighter who has a weak chin? They could be weight drained?

Dawson makes LHW easily, so easily that he and his team have said they would be willing to go down to 168 for fights.

The better move would be SMW, not anything higher. He can make SMW easy imo. Thats the hot division to go to... LHW sucks, you got nobody special really...

Exactally. Dawson has said on OTG many times that he will/can go to 168 and it would be no problem what so ever for him.

Thats would he should do imo

SMW is packed. Froch, Kessler, Bute, Ward, Taylor, Andrade, i mean damn lol. Light heavy you got the Euros like Erdei and Shumenov n Diaconu who im sure Dawson would never be interested in fighting.
