Can Danny "SWIFT" Garcia pull the Upset this weekend??

Would IMO actually be less of a shocking upset than Lopez vs. Ortiz was.

 

I agree he should be ready for another undefeated guy at this point he is super talented. Was the other guy a puncher?

If he was

maybe thats what they wanted to avoid, which i can understand at this stage of his career

 

Khan will beat him, Garcia aint nothing special.

Khan is very fast so will present a problem for most of his opponents. I don't think Danny has good enough timing to be effective with Khan in terms of counter punching and he is not a pressure fighter either.

So the only hope I can see for Danny is when Khan begins to tire that he can catch him with something big infact it needs to be something huge as we saw from the Maidana fight Khan can weather the storm.

I say Khan late TKO......something like the 11th.

I don't believe he can outland Khan but he can surely hurt him inside if he manages to get there and trade. But I expect a cautious approach from Khan, using a lot of his long reach and fast jab and right hands or left hooks out of the jab. Let's see how swift the kid can be in a highly competitive bout. There's still a question mark about Khan and Garcia may be very well the guy to give us the answer...

At the very least he's gonna make it a close fight and all the Khan nuthuggers will have to shut up. Very good chance for an upset here though. He hits harder then Peterson and he's quicker and an all around better fighter than Peterson. If He can fight on the inside and keep Amir on the backfoot he's gonna put his lights out! I'd love to see it if only for Papa Garcia's hilarious **** talk that would follow and make Khan nuthuggers crawl back in the holes.
