    Was he setting up his body shots with the jab though? If he doesn`t set up his shots with the jab he doesn`t have a hope of ever being world champ, he needs trainers that can teach him stuff like this.

    Yes but Tyson was a different beast all together. You can compare the 2. One is a special unique talent, the other is a decent prospect

    All of them if keeps improving but he has no jab and that not going to help him to beat top opposition. The new gen heavyweight prospects have better jab than him also, so he will be carefully maneuvered by his team.

    Going through the top 50 I'd pick him over:

    - Gerald Washington
    - Bermane Stiverne
    - Eric Molina
    - Arthur Szpilka
    - Johann Duhapuss
    - Luis Ortiz
    - Deontay Wilder


    He needs to cherry pick well at this stage though.

    And Mike Tyson is the only ever fighter to be physically "shot" at 23

    Tysons 18-23 is like everyone else's 27-32

    DDD just dddoesn't pass my eye test. Seems to be a kind-of plodding Herbie Hide to me, if that makes sense.
    He has power but will come unstuck against technically sound super-heavies IMO.
    Good luck to him though, hope he solidifies a more stalking style and learns to measure opponents properly so he can break them down more efficiently. The chances he picks up a legit strap are slim IMO.
