Can Dubois beat any of these BoxRec top 50 heavies?

    He had 4 sparring partners.Could be any of them who marked him up and it’s not suprising as Povetkin will have been doing punishing sessions whilst they were doing fresh rounds.

    I think it's interesting that a lot of people are playing down Dubois's power. I trained at Birtley boxing gym in private sessions through the day and a few of the boxers there are on the GB squad. Apparently Dubois dropped Anthony Joshua heavily and when he got back up beat him up so badly Rob McKracken had to stop it. That was probably with big sparring gloves on as well.

    That could be something to do with Joshua's chin though (and that's coming from a fan of Dubois). He's admitted Price dropped him and wasn't there even rumours Okolie had him down?

    21 today (6th sept). Does that mean he can now fight for the British heavyweight title?

    Should become vacant soon if not already?

    If I were Warren, I'd book Dubois vs Allen for the title and have the winner (most likely Dubois) fight Gorman. Or do it Gorman vs Allen first etc.
