Can female combat sports people sometimes hit as hard as men the same weight class?

Have you ever wrestled around with a woman? I have and while some girls are pretty strong you pretty much only go 50% strength and theyre pretty easy to control. if theyre really petite you can basically throw them around with one hand. Id box Clarissa Shields in a heartbeat and im sure id destroy her. To be fair though im in pretty good shape and weigh about 210ish.

Fact is in all sports women can achieve a level of speed, strength, power, stamina etc that is far beyond the average males capabilities.

Now this doesn't mean an elite female boxer hit's anywhere near as hard as a male elite counter part, but they would hit harder than some men boxers who are either poorly trained or terrible technique.

Plus you always get guys that can't punch if their life depended upon it. Malignaggi for example and then their was Sven Ottke, he couldn't punch and after he retired it turned out his wife used to beat him up, so clearly she was the puncher in that marriage.

 

a world champion male boxer could kill any woman his size in the ring, no matter how many championships shes got. that same woman couldnt kill any healthy man her size in the ring, boxer or not..
