of course he can and likely will hurt him. the question is
can he damage Canelo. I personally think he can, not
early but later in the fight.

    Is this a "trick" question?

Of course Floyd is capable of hurting Conelo!

he can keep him honest i think. but i dont know canelo chin like that and how he will react to flush right hands. i hope canelo tries to run him over in smart way. but he has not fought the right type of fighters and has looked sub-par in some of his fights.

No, Void could not hurt a featherweight in his last fight and Void could not even knock out the girl he beat up................

He hurt Hatton, Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz(even before the cheap shot), Cotto and Guerrero. He doesn't have 1 punch power, but he does have accumulative power. So it's very possible and maybe likely he can hurt Alvarez, just don't think he has finishing power, even Marquez was able to finish after Mayweather put him down early.

Floyd moved a lot in the guerrero fight, he'll probably fight canelo the same way

If he catches him charging in late in the fight, sure he could hurt him.

Where does canelo rank in terms of punching power compared to mayweathers last few opponents (guerrero, cotto, ortiz, mosley)?

and that's why what Floyd did is bad for boxing. In a fight like this, you want there to be no excuses. Especially when you have two undefeated fighters, you want it to be legit, win, lose or draw.
