I agree, Froch is a fighters fighter and I honestly respect the hell out of him, but Ward is simply better in ever phase of the game (except power I guess). That said, if both are healthy, I could see Ward stopping Froch via TKO or corner stoppage, I wouldn't necessarily bet on it, but I view it as more likely Ward would stop Froch as opposed to the other way around.

You don't view beating Dawson as much of a victory? I mean you're entitled but I'm definitely not sold that Froch beats that version of Dawson. That's beside the point, Froch is 35 years old, he's not "getting better" he's "getting worse" physically, and with a guy who depends as much as he does on physicality that is very important. Ward is in his physical prime, when you couple that with being more skilled, and overall just more talented...it's a formula for an ass beating.

Stranger **** has happened, but I don't see it. You gotta question what Froch coulda done differently, and I dunno what it could be. He fought that fight hard and as well as he could fight it. He just wasn't good enuf. And while he can hit, he ain't got 1 punch KO power. I don't think he can hit Ward enuf for a points win, nor get rid of him with 1 jackpot punch. Ward would UD him again in 9-3 fashion.

Yes he can win, it is a big ask though.

If Ward fought Froch in Nottingham then it certainly isnt impossible that Froch could somehow get a victory.

Ward would rightfully be a big favourite to win but who knows how he'd react outwith his comfort-zone.

Sorry but that version of dawson was Bad Glass. He was ****ed at the weight and had been brutalised by miranda in sparring. The Miranda that was beaten up by tony bellew a few weeks later. So all i am saying is fans cannot seriously use the dawson win to start suggesting ward has developed into a puncher, that stands a better chance of stopping froch than froch making a better fight of it 2nd time out.

I do not necessarily disagree with the rest of what you are saying. However, Carl is a fitness fanatic who is anal enough to keep records of his training standards from day one. He says he is still beating personal bests now and lets not forget that martinez is old but doesn't show it either;)

These poll options are a bit extreme. Of course anyone can win a fight and especially a fighter with Carl's punching power - but will he win against Ward? It's highly unlikely.

I agree, many loser's have gone on to win a rematch, its not as if its never happened before.

Who knows, maybe froch will change his game plan and supprise ward, im all for the rematch and would defiantly pay for it..

No. Said it before. Froch is too slow. He maximizes his "talent" bu having a weird body shape and an awkward style. But walkin through a fighter with no head movement and much slower footwork in Bute is a lot different then catching someone like Ward. And even if he does catch Ward there is no guarantee that he can even hurt him.

Wards just walking through his punches. Wards strength is massively underrated.

With 2 healthy hands and Ward improving every fight wouldnt be surprised if he battered Froch into a stoppage
