I was not a 'Hearn hater' and he was probably the promoter I hated the least of all the high profile ones but he's lost all total credibility for sure now.

    Same here.
I didn't used to mind him so much but lately I can't stand his bull.

I think Eddie is getting a much harder time than he should be. Probably nobody more pissed off and let down than him by young Conor. I expect he's boiling at having to even attempt to deflect and defend his own fighter (investment) in this way.

Eddie Hearn is the real victim here.

    Brilliant.

Yes, We should all be supporting Eddie here, all he is trying to do is provide us with a decent nights entertainment for the price of a pizza (or whatever it is we justify the cost as)

Getting a harder time than he should be? He's trying to get his lawyers to overturn a decision that has banned a fighter who's failed a drug test from fighting  he's not getting hammered enough. Should have his license removed.

He's not a victim but as I said earlier in the thread, this shows how he acts for fighters that aren't particularly bright and other promoters who are in for a big loss here; they'll be telling him to do everything to get the fight on. He *should* be telling them to give up but of course he won't.

I get that a promoter needs to defend his own fighter but the way Eddie has tried to bluff his way out of it is ridiculous.

He was belittling Eubank Snr for wanting to call the fight off knowing that Snr, who has recently lost a son, knew his son would going to be going into the ring weight drained against a drug cheat.

The whole situation is just a mess but Eddie just keeps digging deeper and deeper
