you'd be surprised on what some top athletes are performing on. as far as healthy food choices go, it effects you more so in the long term well being of your body than immediate related performance. I can kick the **** out of this guy eating my mcnuggets today, but the nuggets are going to kick the **** out of me in 20 years. lol
