Who in the world ever counts the IBO? THe only reason that the IBO makes the slightest ammount of sense is becuase Hatton was the Ring Champion...

The IBO is not considered again he has four legit titles and NOT five.

My apologies if i'm mistaken. I do understand ibo is a minor title but i was not aware it should not be included as a world title. Can you enlighten me on this one.

Why not??? They force mandatory defenses, which is your whole criteria for legitimacy? So only the sanctioning bodies you like you recognize? Or just the sanctioning bodies that help your argument?

Pac can whip Spinks ass at 154 or 600lbs doesn't matter. Spinks is shot to **** and was never that good to begin with.

He loses to the other title holders though

I love that part. If were not counting trinkets and only lineal titles, then 4 in 4 weight divisions is the record as far as I know. Just as great, if not greater accomplishment than his soon to be 7 championships in 7 weight divisions.

So, they don't want him fighting Cotto at the true welterweight limit but you're wanting a 154 limit now?

i doubt that freddie will allow pac to fight at 154. he already said that the highest weight pac will fight is 147.
