Everyone keeps saying how Bradley could beat Pac by inside fighting. What do you guys think? What qualifies as inside fighting? most people would say Pac sucks at inside fighting. Which of his fights highlight this?
Bradley smothering Mannys shots sure I can see that, Manny has to have some distance he likes to catch you on the tail end of his shots. Though he fights at close range that doesnt mean he is an in fighter.
Eh, not really. His ideal range is mid-range. He can somewhat flail out of a clinch against the ropes if he needs to and step out back into mid-range or clinch, but he can't sustain any meaningful offense or defense when shoulder to shoulder.
Pac is a mid range fighter with no real inside ability at all he thrives off the mid range straight left and the.mid range short right hook other than that every other punch is. Lunged. And off balance. A smart fighter. Catches. Pac. Off balance every time.so bradley. Might very well have a chance
No not really. Manny needs distance. Bradley will either have to get on the inside or stay on the outside. He needs to do both really.
a little. he's not exceptional on the inside though. i'm interested to see how bradley will actually get on the inside against manny's rapid fire, powerful all angle shots though. fighters have tried to get on the inside against manny before, only to be brutally beaten up. it's not like bradley's going to turn into marquez overnight and consistently outbox manny, so going on the inside is his best bet, and manny absolutely loves when fighters try to get in on him. all jokes about the size of bradley's head aside, I wouldnt be surprised if manny broke his hand in this fight, firing off shots as bradley comes in head first, winging punches as he often does.
hatton tried to make it an inside fighting, but.....easier said than done. even the great jmm wouldn't do that..
