Absolutely. Hes already been dropped so we know he can be hurt, its just going to take someone with a stronger will, better chin endurance to beat him. Im a big fan, we'll see how he progresses through the ranks. To me he has alot of potential, stay tuned.

Fundora represents one of the tougher tasks.

    - high volume puncher
    - good engine
    - sturdy chin
    - insane height & reach for the division

He's definitely beatable and very limited skill-wise but you really have to go through pain and violence....

Not sure who's the guy at 154 ....

Charlo? Probably lacks the volume and fight iq but should get another robbery if he fights in H-Town
Harrison? Might be a bit too fragile.
Tszyu? I can see that happen tbh!

i always liked Fundora . But Charlo wont need a robbery to defeat this kid. If he(Fundora ) fights the way he normally does; Charlo will ice him out cold

Maybe if a fighter uses that reach. Fundora fights like he’s 5’6

    No Castano?
Someone as small as him against Fundora would be comical

I'd like to see Charles Conwell vs Fundora. Conwell fights very well in close, where Fundora does his best work.

I think Lubin sort of laid out the blue print at the end of round 7. You cannot go to attrition war with Fundora, he has good chin, stamina and work rate.
I think the way to beat him is with violent outburst, and minimise exchange for long period of time, those lanky arms are too long to protect up and down when attacked with violent speed. Of course easier said and done and actually not many fighters in the division can do that.
I gave Charlo the best chance to do that, he seems to have all the ingredients, but Fundora also have a good chance of outworking him.
Castano-Fundora is 50-50 simply because I think Fundora might take a better punch.
Tszyu-Fundora will be interesting. Close to 50-50, Tszyu is a thunderous puncher but depend on the night, I really don’t know who is gonna wear down who.

Fundora v Jeff Horn would've been a fun fight at 154

I picked him to beat Lubin with the utmost confidence. Although stylistically, Charlo and Castano couldn't be more wrong for him. They both KO him.

Fundora fights small, so there are plenty of opportunities to land on him. It’s not like he is a boxing version of Israel Adesanya, where he utilizes his height and reach.

Fundora gives up his reach so all you need is a sharp puncher to land and he’ll go down. He’s not beating Charlo, Castano or Tszyu.

He was dropped and behind on the score cards when Lubins corner stopped the fight. Yes......he can be beat.

Castano would be punching someone a foot taller than him. He looked like he was really reaching up to land on Charlo, I don’t see how he gets to Fundora. Body shots?

If they keep him at 154 he's going to struggle to make weight, if he isn't already struggling.

And eventually pushing the weight will be his downfall. There will be one fight where he will make weight as usual, but be so drained that he'll get brutalised if he fights anyone that can half punch.

I really can't understand why his handlers want to keep him at 154. He's not going to have a long career if they keep it up.
