Sure, but this is who he is he isn't gonna become a technical genius at this point in his career and guess what sometimes all that matters is who is the tougher SOB (See Mayorga vs Forrest)

To me it has it be his stamina and his chin. Its unreal.

Unmatched punch output (except for PW)

Variety of punches and ability to punch from different angles (unpredictable)

the intangibles are just as important as technical skils when the object of the game is beating someone up to the face and body

However I'm a firm believer that Floyd Mayweather would make Antonio Margarito look stupid for 12 one sided rds.. Just like Margarito is a bad style for Cotto Floyd is a nightmare for Margarito.. Floyd is the smartest fighter and won't fall into his game of brawling.. Cotto did it for 5 or 6 rds.. Floyd would do it better and would win a UD in the process...

 

He has a chin made of steel. And can take any punch. He would let u punch him once so he can hit u twice. Great body puncher and the size helps him.

 

Margarito is teak-tough. Look at the beating Cotto and Cintron gave him, but his face hardly even marks-up, it's insane! Mayweather would obviously be able to hit him at will, similar to the Gatti fight, but Margarito would walk him down and catch up with him in the second half of the fight. This would be my dream fight, but Mayweather is never gonna take the fight.
