A fair ref?, like the fair ref during the Tszyu fight, right?
With all the lowblows, elbows, shoving, holding, headbutts, ENDLESS rabbit punches and punches behind the head is all fair because Hatton came out the winner, right?

Got to love the desperate Hatton fans.

Also KT's punch which was ruled a lowblow actually hit Hatton on the body and IMMEDIATELY the ruled it a low blow, yet when Hatton intentionally nailed KT with a low blow the commentators were yelling "DOWN GOES TSZYUUUUUU" and it took the referee a few seconds to rule it a low blow, I was actually surprised they didn't rule that a KD considering all the bull**** we already saw go through without a single warning.

That fight was a ****ing disgrace and Hatton got what he deserved against Mayweather, what Cortez did was 100% fair. You want to fight using elbows, punches behind the head, shoving, lowblows, holding and rabbit punching then go back to England.

Everybody at my house was mad when Hatton fought KT. Most of them were casual fans and said they never wanna see Hatton again.

    Are you off your head?

A fair ref wouldnt have allowed that from Hatton. And a fair ref wouldnt have allowed Floyd to get away with **** all night either. A fair ref would not have taken a point off Hatton for not hitting Floyd.

And by the way I'm not even a Hatton fan. So you can go get you desperation elsewhere, thanks.

Try reading the last line of my post again a couple of times.

What **** did Floyd exactly get away with?, if anything it was Hatton's grappling and WWE maneuvers that made Cortez look literally confused at times with what he's supposed to do.

Also you saying that the ref should have been "fair" is very much clear that you're saying the ref had a lot to do with Floyd winning or having a major advantage when in reality a perfect example of a ref being a major advantage is ironically Hatton vs Tszyu. Cortez doesn't even compare to that bull**** yet he's criticised more.

Also regarding the point deduction, last I remmeber Hatton used A LOT of rabbit punching as he always did his entire career, shouldn't be shocking a point is taken off for exactly that in the biggest fight of his life.

Floyd is clearly a league above Hatton, that has been proved very obvious.

However, at 140 Hatton would have been marginally more competitive as Floyd did enjoy a weight advantage at 147.

Also, Cortez was bias, but Hatton has no right to complain about fouls when he's a persistent fouler himself and got away with murder in his biggest fight.

So, at 140, with a fairer ref, I could see Hatton making it to the finish line to lose a wide UD or maybe getting stopped in the 12th.

The weight and ref issues do not detract from Mayweather's domination of Hatton, which would also have happened at 140, only Hatton might have lasted longer.

    Styles make fights.

The main reasony Hatton's team turned it down, IMO, was that they wanted to build Hatton's name in the states. Hence, the HBO contract, the fights with Collazo (Massachusetts), Urango (Vegas), and Castillo (Vegas).

Ray Hatton said they were in negotiations with Mayweather's team for a year and a half before they finalized, and that they wanted both of them to be undefeated and build their names. Mayweather's only PPV fight prior to WW was against Gatti. Judging by the success of Mayweather-Hatton, it was a good move. Lots of money for both sides and Hatton still is the champ at 140.

At 147: Mayweather TKO 10 Hatton
At 140: Mayweather TKO 10 Hatton
