funny. i know taylor beat hopkins, twice. i know pavlik beat taylor twice.
so that would mean pavlik is automatically better than hopkins by your comparison (pretending not know what happens when fighter A faces fighter C every now and then)

Everyone thinks Gamboa will trash Lopez. I was saying that way before Lopez even lost or was having problems in previous fights.

But you still have to take into account the whole Fighter A,B,C scenario. A Salido win over Lopez dosen't mean a Gamboa win over Lopez......although Im 99.9% sure Gamboa would own Lopez.

I thought the same thing, The fight would be a comically bad mismatch.

styles. good job by the *****s applying the mayweather treatment to gamboa though. now gamboa does not have to fight the good fights.

It's not about that you ****ing idiot. :patsch

The fact that Juanma exchanges with his chin straight up in the air against a compact opponent of Gamboa's speed and athleticism = highlight reel k.o. waiting to happen.

Triangle theory doesn't work....it only work for PAC. PAC beat A,B, and C.

doesn't matter. words like imagine, woulda, and coulda would now be tied up to gamboa as they do to floyd now that he decided to take self preservation tips from floydie.

Lopez cant touch Gamboa because speed kills. They are both considered to be boxer / punchers but the difference is that Lopez doesn't have the reflexes or speed to master the style and Gamboa does. Thats the reason Gamboa beat Salido and Lopez didn't. Lopez needs to change his style to more of a counter puncher and get his timing down. It would suit his physical abilities better. Salido is a good hard banger but nothing special.:bbb
