    I remember making a thread of this guy after his last fight and people were pretty excited about this guy.

    He looks really good, and at 19 he is only going to get better. I expect him to move up in weight in the near future, and I expect him to be just as effective. He seems to have all the attributes, but only time will tell how good he will b.

    even up a weight class, the boy looks BEEG!
    Great punching power, Great punch selection. Sometimes he like to really loop out those hooks, but he knows how to REALLY accelerate them too...

    i think that was a bodyshot low on the belt, but not a lowblow.... Cinnamon knew it. After that, he went to the body all the way to the stoppage

    I really like watching this kid. He is so accurate already. It looks to me like he could trim down a little and have no trouble getting to 147 at least for awhile. He is also very poised already.

    ya.. he's a real patient and calculating fighter. He saves his energy for flurries and attack bursts... He's got a power jab and he's got go-go gadget straight punches... was wondering how he was touching his guy when he seemed out of reach

    When Will Chavez Jr finally got the guts to fight Alvarez? Imagine this fight in mexico? It would be the biggest fight in the history in mexico since both are very popular fighters.

    lol, i dont think many would go out of there way to try to match up with this boy....

    I dont think JCC jr's promoter would EVER let him fight Alvarez. The 0 in the Loss column is his biggest selling point and carrie's JCC sr's legacy. Alvarez is a dangerous puncher. Dangerous punchers are always tough gambles to go against because they got a much higher "puncher's chance" than the regular Puncher....

    The Mexican nationality is pretty much comprised entirely of White+Native. It only makes sense that some of them look more European.


    As far as Alvarez, man he looked great. Brutal fight.
