Canelo has been doing this for years. Moving up and avoiding the best at each division. Then later he fights guys who are no longer in their primes and celebrates that. I remember him saying that Golovkin was too big to fight. Then later when Golovin started slowing down, the weight is somehow not a problem haha. Same with Kovalev. But Canelo will have no problems fighting the Beefy smiths or in this case Makabu right away. It's a scam and he did it while juicing too which makes it even worse. But, like Fury, most of you will forget the steroids thing as long as he keeps winning.
I think he's a fighter who is between LH and Cruiser which is why he weighs in the mid 190's on fight night. There is no reason not to weigh on the limit unless you are under. He is listed as 6ft but I'm not completely sold on the pictures I've seen so far.
Um check my start date you tool. I didn't join last week. My arguments are based on facts that many others appear to agree with. You have not demonstrated anything to me other than talking hyperbolic nonsense about your current man crush. I've handed you several defeats today and you need to log off and take your face for a dump because you pal are full of S H I T.
aahahaha!!! youve made more posts crying bout canelo in one day, than youve made about all other boxers combined the whole year. a real boxing head you are.
thats because hes always been nobody. just part of the white noise thats always there in between boxing fans talking boxing. if he knew what he was talking about, you would know who he is.
It'd be pathetic if the much bigger man doesn't bring the fight right to him. He has nothing to lose to not just full on blitz Canelo. Otherwise he'll be feeling like AJ after his fight with Usyk.
What kind of head-up-your-ass bull**** are you talking about? Canelo fought Floyd and Trout at 154 Fought Cotto, Jacobs, and GGG(2x) at 160 Just unified 168 by beating all the undefeated champions there. KO'd Kovalev at 175 not the best but he was 2 or 3 at the time.
im willing to offer a sig bet to anyone, that he fights at least one of them next year. maybe both, depending on how expensively they price their belts. even if he happens to lose to makabu.
I'm not saying he wont fight them. I'm only saying that I would have prefered betebiev or bivol. Nothing else, I dont want to imply anything. Canelo has given me every fight I've wanted. I have no reason to criticize him. Probably he will give me the beterbiev fight too, it's only that I would have liked it to be now
as a fan, i feel the same, as canelos advisor i completely agree with what the team is doing. its a high level move. think about it. what does he lose if he gets planked by makabu? now what does he stand to gain? now balance them.
